Refund policy

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

 

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  •  Only the items listed in the approved request may be returned. Please do not include additional products.
  • Returns not meeting these standards will be denied.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • For quality issues, please submit a return request first, then email clear photos of the defect to support@nettarei.com.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@nettarei.com with your order number and return request.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Authorization Number and return address.
  3. Return shipping costs and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be shipped back to our China warehouse.
  4. International orders are eligible for refunds only. Exchanges are not available at this time.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refused or Returned Packages

  • Packages refused due to unpaid duties or incorrect addresses may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
  • If a package is returned to our warehouse, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Re-shipping will require an additional fee.
  • Please do not return items to the sender’s address on the package. This is not our return center and may delay or prevent refund processing.
