Order
Browse our products and add items to your cart. You can proceed to checkout after create an account.
- Please contact us immediately at support@nettarei.com.
 - If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist.
 - Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.
 
- We prepay certain duties at checkout.
 - However, if you still receive a customs charge, please pay it and then contact our customer service team for assistance.
 - Please do not refuse delivery due to customs fees, as this may result in the package being abandoned with no refund available.
 
Shipping
All orders are shipped directly from our China-based warehouse.
- After payment, the warehouse requires 1–7 working days to process your order.
 - International shipping typically takes 4–15 working days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
 - Delays may occur during holidays and peak sales.
 
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
 - You can track your order on www.17track.net.
 
- This usually happens due to incomplete/incorrect address details or the carrier not having access to the delivery location.
 - Please contact the carrier directly to arrange re-delivery.
 
- In-stock items will ship first, and pre-order/backorder items will ship separately once available.
 - If your order contains both, it will be automatically split into two shipments.
 
Refund & Returns
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your package.
 - Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
 - All returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service.
 
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
 - If your item has a quality issue, please email photos to customer service when submitting your return request.
 
- Please email support@nettarei.com with your order number and return request.
 - Our team will respond within 48 hours with a return authorization number and return address.
 - Customers are responsible for return shipping and duties.
 - Returns must be sent back to our China warehouse.
 - International orders are not eligible for exchanges, only refunds.
 
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received at our warehouse, and will be issued back to the original payment method.
 - Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
 
Important:
- Nettarei processes payments via Shopify Payments, which only supports USD as our settlement currency.
 - If you pay with a non-USD credit card, your issuing bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
 - This fee is charged directly by your bank and is not controlled by Nettarei.
 - According to Shopify Payments rules, a processing fee (approximately 6.1% for USD payments with Hong Kong merchants) is charged at the time of purchase.
 - This fee is non-refundable even if you request a refund.
 - Therefore, the equivalent processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
 
- If the package is refused due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address, it may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
 - If returned to our warehouse, shipping fees are non-refundable, and re-shipping will require additional charges.
