International orders are shipped via Yun Express or other trusted international couriers.
Estimated delivery time: 4–15 business days, depending on destination.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during holidays and sales events.
Orders may be modified or cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including apartment/suite number and phone number.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If reshipment is required, additional shipping fees will apply.
Transit Times & Delays
All shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery depends on the courier and local postal service.
Delays may occur due to holidays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
Duties & Taxes
Relevant duties and taxes are covered at the time of order placement.
If you receive a customs notice requesting additional payment, please make the payment first and then contact our customer service team for assistance.
Please do not refuse delivery due to customs or tax charges. If the package cannot be returned to us, it may be abandoned at customs, and we will be unable to process a refund.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
If your order contains pre-order or backorder items, we will:
Ship all in-stock items first.
Ship pre-order/backorder items separately once available.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items will be automatically split into two shipments.
If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
